FIRST COURSES 

  • Tagliatelle (long pasta) with meat sauce: Ragù Bolognese

  • Tortelloni (pasta filled with ricotta cheese) with Taleggio Cheese and Black or White local truffle
  • Tortellini (soup with a typical pasta filled with meat and Parmigiano cheese)
  • Onion soup from Tuscany tradition with grilled bread, cream, onions and italian cheese

 

SECOND COURSES 

  • T-bone steack alla Romagnola (beef meat rare on the grill)
  • Mixed grill from the Region  Sausage, ribs, lamb kebabs, chicken or beef steaks
  • Loin of pork filled with Porcini mushrooms and dressed with truffle from the Region
  • Castrated lamb well grilled steak

 

DESSERTS 

  • Crème Caramelle from our tradition
  • Tiramisù with mascarpone cheese and coffee aroma
  • Zuppa Inglese with cream, chocolate, soft sweet mixture and Alchermes liqueur
  • Rise cake with rice,caramel, custard and Mandorla Amara liqueur 
  • Vanilla or lemmon home made ice cream
