English Introduction

Dear Sirs,

We wish You to give your kind attention to our Restaurant, as a traditional place situated on the hills around Bologna, but not so far from the historical City belonging to Emilia Romagna Region.

 

Our Family runs the restaurant from 1983 in a very typical building standing at the top of a hill and offering a relaxing and panoramic view to the visitors.

It's about 10 Kms from G.Marconi Airport, 15 Kms from the Central Train Station of Bologna and 20 Kms from the Fair District of the Town.

We can accommodate 100 people, as inside as on the external panoramic terrace. We offer two large car parks of our property, and a garden to relax in the shade of ancient trees, but also equipped for children's fun. Please, look at our website to see our services.

We are open all the year long, also in August and the whole summer season.

During the week we are open in the evenings.

On Sundays and Holidays we are open both for lunch and for dinner.

Besides, we may offer extraordinary services for groups of at least 10 people.

We're looking for having agreements with Tour Operators, Hotels, and Touristic Agencies as to fix cheaper prices, for groups or in the Autumn-Winter time.

APPETIZERS

FIRST COURSES 

  • Tagliatelle (long pasta) with meat sauce: Ragù Bolognese

  • Tortelloni (pasta filled with ricotta cheese) with Taleggio Cheese and Black or White local truffle
  • Tortellini (soup with a typical pasta filled with meat and Parmigiano cheese)
  • Onion soup from Tuscany tradition with grilled bread, cream, onions and italian cheese

 

SECOND COURSES 

  • T-bone steack alla Romagnola (beef meat rare on the grill)
  • Mixed grill from the Region  Sausage, ribs, lamb kebabs, chicken or beef steaks
  • Loin of pork filled with Porcini mushrooms and dressed with truffle from the Region
  • Castrated lamb well grilled steak

 

DESSERTS 

  • Crème Caramelle from our tradition
  • Tiramisù with mascarpone cheese and coffee aroma
  • Zuppa Inglese with cream, chocolate, soft sweet mixture and Alchermes liqueur
  • Rise cake with rice,caramel, custard and Mandorla Amara liqueur 
  • Vanilla or lemmon home made ice cream
